VR/AR specialists, Looma, use their innovative technology to ensure that launching a development without a show home or on-site presence is no longer the challenge it once was.
Using the latest VR technologies such as touch screens, controls and VR glasses, a real estate office, back office or remote sales center can be transformed into a development specific sales center. Buyers can have a fully immersive selling experience and ‘view’ developments externally and internally, selecting a home to buy months before it’s safe to visit the same.
A recent example of how this technology has been used is the launch of Lovelace Court in Surbiton for Elivia Homes. The site was quite small, so Elivia signed on with LOOMA to create a pop-up marketing suite based in the offices of Barnard Marcus Surbiton, Elivia’s incumbent sales agent. This included providing software and hardware and creating virtual tours of nine serviced apartments. During the launch weekend, two apartments were sold, growing to five units in the first three weeks, all using this revolutionary technology.
Peter Krelle, Land and New Homes Manager at Barnard Marcus, said: “This is our first time working with LOOMA on a project and we have been blown away by the unrivaled quality of the virtual tours. We would definitely offer this service to other clients as the results speak for themselves.
