A reality show has started on Sber’s TikTok Account today with the mission of making young people aware of internship programs at the bank.
Bloggers Vasha Marousia, Artem Waterfork, Nikita Udanovskiy and Sasha Romanova will compete for internship programs in the departments of customer relations, marketing, fundraising, writing for virtual assistants and validation. Before each test, a mentor will introduce them to the department, tell them about all the pros and cons of the job, and then give them a task to complete. Mentors will be the ones who decide how well each participant performs the tasks. Who will find themselves without an internship, and who will receive offers from several departments? Will everyone land where they planned? What talents will they reveal during the show? These questions will be answered in the show’s final episode when the mentors unveil the results.

An internship lasts three to six months, is paid, and students can choose a flexible work schedule of 20 to 40 hours per week.
